Elema Rockson

Elema Rockson is a Psychometrician and assessment subject matter expert advisor who leverages advanced data analytics and science to develop behavioral and capability assessments. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Leicester and later completed a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck School of Business, Economics and Informatics. Elema's professional experience includes roles as a Psychometric Research Analyst at Lumina Learning, Psychometrician at the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, and Managing Research Scientist at Accenture. They aspire to practice as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with ongoing involvement in occupational psychology and HR since September 2017.
