Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith is currently the US Employment Law Lead at Accenture. With extensive legal experience, they previously served as Senior Counsel for Employment Law at Accenture and held the position of Vice-President, Chief Employment Counsel at Sage Software. Elizabeth began their legal career as an Attorney at Hunton & Williams and later worked as a Corporate Counsel at Nextel, where they managed employment-related legal matters during a major merger. They also served as a Senior Associate General Counsel at NASDAQ OMX, advising on global employment issues. Elizabeth holds a BA in Political Science/International Relations from Boston University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law.
