Ella Rowland has a background in economics and finance, having earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with first-class honors from the University of Leeds. Ella began professional experience as an Administrative Assistant at Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in early 2017, providing support in the Accident and Emergency department. Following this, Ella undertook three summer internships at EY through a scholarship program from September 2014 to January 2017. Currently, Ella serves as a Senior Manager at Accenture, focusing on delivering technology and operating model-led transformations as well as embedding program and change management within large-scale projects since July 2025.
