Emma Wild has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, beginning as a Reservoir Engineer at Santos from 1997 to 2006, where responsibilities included reservoir engineering, fracture stimulation, and mergers and acquisitions. Afterward, Emma held positions as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at RISC and as a Technical Advisor for Oil and Gas at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on lending strategy and risk management.
