Fabiola Paz

Fabiola Paz is a change expert and DEI enthusiast with a strong background in education and consulting. They began their career as a bilingual education teacher at Alief ISD Hearne Elementary and Teach For America from 2006 to 2009, followed by a role as a 6th-grade math instructor at YES Prep Public Schools. Fabiola then transitioned into management consulting, holding various positions at Accenture from 2016 to 2018. They also served as a college counselor and student opportunities coordinator at YES Prep Public Schools-North Central between 2011 and 2013 and worked as an impact fellow consultant at Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies from 2015 to 2016. Fabiola holds a BA in International Relations and Spanish Literature from Tufts University, a Master of Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
