Fanny Dicharry

Fanny Dicharry has extensive experience in change management and training, starting with a position as a Junior Recruitment Officer at Azertim from January 2013 to September 2013, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes. After completing a stage at PSA Peugeot Citroën in 2014, Fanny has been an Associate Manager at Accenture since September 2014, leading over 10 projects focused on project scoping, impact analysis, and the implementation of change management plans. Fanny holds multiple degrees, including a Master Grande École from Groupe Sup de Co Montpellier Business School and ongoing studies at Université Montpellier I in consulting management, organization, and strategy.
