Fayas Risvi

Fayas Risvi has experience in various roles within the customer service and process management sectors, including positions as Process Associate and Senior Process Associate at RRD GO Creative from January 2020 to December 2021. Fayas also worked as an Instructor Analyst and Trust and Safety Associate at Accenture in June 2024, and held the role of Executive - Customer Service at HCLTech Sri Lanka from March 2022 to October 2022. Educationally, Fayas completed O/Ls at Hejaaz International School and earned a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Finance, from ICBT Campus between 2018 and 2019, achieving a second upper class.
