Fernando Torres is a Global Technology Delivery Lead at Accenture, building on over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Previously, Fernando held leadership positions at DISH Network, where they oversaw the creation of a virtualized 5G broadband network, and at AT&T, leading teams focused on RF engineering and network optimization. Fernando began their career as a Senior RF Engineer at Siemens, contributing to significant 3G network rollouts across various countries. They earned a BS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Universidade de Vigo.
