Gemma Stokes

Gemma Stokes is an experienced HR strategic leader with a focus on benefits and mergers and acquisitions. They have held significant roles, including Accenture's Head of EMEA Benefits and Avanade Global Benefits and Recognition Lead since 2025, as well as the UKI Senior HR Business Partner Lead at Avanade from 2011 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Gemma worked as an HR Generalist at Catlin from 2007 to 2011 and as an HR Administrator at Ketchum from 2006 to 2007. They earned a CIPD qualification in Business Administration and Management from BPP Business School and a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth.
