Grant Spooner

Grant Spooner is the Managing Director of Employment Law EMEA at Accenture, specializing in employer advice, compliance, and litigation. Grant previously served as the Head of Employment Law for Asia Pacific at Barclays and held the role of Senior Associate at Baker & McKenzie in London. With extensive global experience, Grant has also worked in APAC-focused roles and spent a year in Canada. They earned an LLB in Law from the University of Leicester between 1994 and 1997.
