Greg Figurski

Greg Figurski possesses extensive experience in CRM systems and operations management across various industries. As the Global Head of CRM at Booksy, Greg led the administration and implementation of Salesforce features, managing the CRM roadmap. Previous roles include Head of CRM and Head of Sales Operations in the US, where responsibilities extended to designing sales processes and implementing CRM systems in multiple countries. Additionally, Greg has strong operational expertise, having established processes in new markets such as Mexico and Spain. Current engagement as Salesforce Manager at Accenture further highlights proficiency in CRM ecosystems, including a transition from Zendesk to Hubspot CRM at DocPlanner. Greg holds both an Engineer's degree and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University for Life Sciences.
