Hafsa H. has a diverse background in research, operations, and customer service, with experience in both healthcare and technology sectors. Hafsa served as a Bilingual Research Assistant at Ottawa Memory Clinic from March 2021 to March 2022 and continued as a Research Assistant at Bruyère from September 2020 to December 2022. Hafsa held the position of Digital Education & Evaluation Specialist at University Health Network from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Hafsa worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at La maison Simons and as a Medical Office Assistant at Greenbelt Family Health Team.
