Heather Todd is a seasoned global leadership strategist and executive coach with extensive experience in talent and organizational development. As the founder of Leadership Falcon from 2017 to 2023, Heather specialized in leadership strategy, executive coaching, and culture transformation for a diverse client base. Prior to this, Heather served as Vice President of Leadership Strategy at Munich Leadership Group, where they led numerous high-level projects for Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Currently, Heather is the Leadership Strategy Director at YSC/Accenture North America while pursuing a Master's in Counseling Psychology at Webster University and a BS in Organizational Communications at Northeastern University. Heather also contributed as a founding mentor and advisor at the German Accelerator, guiding technology and life science companies in their international strategies.
