Hon Y. is a Managing Director and Hong Kong Operations Lead at Accenture, where they focus on intelligent operations. With extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, and client tax reporting across several leading firms, including KPMG China and HSBC, Hon has developed a specialty in business transformation and shared services. Hon's background includes roles as Head of BPO Asia and Director of Advisory at Infosys and a Principal at Infosys as well. They are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at Monash University.
