Ian Tan is a passionate value creation specialist with hands-on experience in shaping and executing strategic value with boards and executives. Currently, they serve as Principal Director at Accenture and are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University. Ian's previous roles include Chief of Staff at RSM Hong Kong, Director at KPMG China, and Senior Manager at Alvarez & Marsal, among others. They also held the position of Head of Corporate Internal Audit at LG. Philips Displays International B.V. and began their career as an Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young.
