Jason's earlier experience includes roles at ARMS Reliability, where they progressed from Australian Services Manager to CEO, overseeing the delivery of asset reliability improvement solutions. They hold a Master’s degree in Reliability from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
