Jay Souder is an experienced Organization Analytics Consultant at Accenture, focusing on human capital and talent management strategies for diverse clients since January 2022. Prior to this, Jay worked as a Workforce Consultant at ICF, delivering results for Federal, State Government Agencies, and the Department of Defense, including the development of an innovative Tableau dashboard.
