Jay Souder

Jay Souder is an experienced Organization Analytics Consultant at Accenture, focusing on human capital and talent management strategies for diverse clients since January 2022. Prior to this, Jay worked as a Workforce Consultant at ICF, delivering results for Federal, State Government Agencies, and the Department of Defense, including the development of an innovative Tableau dashboard. At 14 West, Jay was instrumental in establishing a People Analytics function, influencing talent management decisions, and previously served in multiple roles including Organizational Development Coordinator and Human Services Assistant. Jay holds a M.S. in Applied Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, complemented by a winter school certificate in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Conflict Analysis & Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University.
