Jayati Garg

Jayati Garg has experience in various roles within human resources and mental health sectors. At Saday Sadev, Jayati served as Human Resources & Event Lead, successfully recruiting 45+ interns during a job fair and earning recognition as "Saday Soldier of the Month." Previous roles include Mental Health Intern, conducting offline sessions for individuals on topics like self-love, and Social Impact Intern at Findhope Mental Health, where a social media campaign reached over 300 people. Jayati also worked at Accenture as an HR Service Delivery Analyst and Employee Relations & Policies Analyst, managing over 1500 employee relations cases and ensuring policy compliance. Leadership experience includes serving as Creative Head for the Psychology Association at Gargi College, and earlier as a Psychology Intern at Wopno Ed, contributing to psychometric test development. Jayati is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management and Services at XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a B.A. Honours in Applied Psychology from Gargi College.
