Jeff Gibson is currently the Practice Lead for ServiceNow at Accenture, overseeing the Professional Services and Managed Services practice in New Zealand. With a profound commitment to enhancing employee experience in organizations, Jeff has held various leadership roles over the past decade, including Global Vice President of Professional Services at a leading Microsoft Partner and Head of Technology Employee Experience at ANZ NZ. They have founded a consultancy focused on Service Experience and have been instrumental in implementing the ServiceNow platform across multiple organizations. Jeff's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and Design Studies from the University of Otago.
