Jo Yang

Jo Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Recruitment Director for Greater China at Accenture since 2020, they focus on managing hiring demands and fostering authentic connections in the workforce. Previously, Jo held key roles at Louis Vuitton and Deloitte China, where they developed strategic hiring plans and led talent development initiatives. They also have a solid foundation in recruitment consulting from their time at Hudson. Jo earned a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China in 2011.
