Joanna Webb

Joanna Webb is an innovation and product leader specializing in AI, immersive technology, and education. They previously served as the Head of Immersive Learning Design and Development at Pearson, where they directed global go-to-market efforts and developed leading-edge products. As the founder of 3Rs Immersive, Joanna designed learning solutions tailored to client needs. They have held roles at Accenture and Microsoft, focusing on technology innovation and strategy. Currently, Joanna is pursuing a PGCE in Modern Languages at the University of Warwick while also obtaining a BA in French, German, and Linguistics from the University of Cambridge.
