Jodi Flatla is a talent leader currently serving as a Senior Manager in Talent Architecture at Accenture. With over 15 years of experience across the talent lifecycle, Jodi has partnered with senior leadership teams to shape innovative talent strategies and initiatives. They previously held roles at Target, Medtronic, and Northern Tool + Equipment, where they focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee career progression. Jodi holds a Master's in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, along with a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
