Jonathan Dean

Jonathan Dean is a Director at YSC Consulting, part of Accenture's Leadership & Culture practice, where they partner with C-suite leaders to foster positive change within organizations. With over 15 years in leadership consulting, Jonathan has managed global and regional FTSE 100 clients across various sectors, including Financial Services and Private Equity. Previously, they served as an international coordinator for a non-profit and held managerial roles at Cantle Consulting and YSC. Jonathan earned a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Northumbria and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
