Joseph Berling is an experienced contracting professional with a diverse background in government procurement and contracts management. From February 2016 to July 2016, Joseph served in various contracting roles with the United States Air Force, including Government Purchase Card Program Coordinator and Chief of Contracting for the 435th Air Expeditionary Wing. Additional experience includes positions as Contracting Officer for United States Northern Command and Contract Specialist for USSOCOM.
