Junty Sharma Pathak is an experienced impact strategist currently working in Global Strategy and Consulting at Accenture Development Partnerships. With a decade of expertise in growth strategy, social innovation, and shared value partnerships, Junty focuses on global health, gender, and livelihoods, addressing the challenges faced by marginalized communities across Asia, Africa, and North America. Junty has previously held roles at Gandhi Smriti Darshan Samiti and Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies, and has extensive consulting experience with Ernst & Young LLP. They hold a Master's degree in International Development Studies from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Miranda House.
