Karalee Close

Karalee Close currently serves as the Global Lead for Talent & Organization at Accenture, leading efforts to innovate work organization and change management since April 2024 and is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. Prior to this role, Karalee Close held multiple leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group from September 2000 to April 2024, including Managing Director & Senior Partner and Global Leader for Technology Advantage. Additional experience includes chairing the Technical Committee at Innovation Value Institute to develop IT Capability Maturity standards and serving as Director of Corporate Planning at University Health Network. Karalee Close holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Health Informatics/Computer Science and Health Information Science from the University of Victoria.
