Karin Erni

Karin Erni is an ICF PCC Coach and Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, with over twenty years of leadership experience in the software sector, particularly in areas such as control systems development and distributed product development. They serve as a lecturer at both SRH Hochschule Heidelberg and Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg while acting as a Senior Manager in Business Operations at Accenture. Karin has held various leadership roles in product development and research, including positions at Pecaso and ABB, and has developed their coaching practice through Karin Erni Coaching & Consulting since 2015. They hold a Dr.-Ing. Dipl.-Inform. from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
