With extensive experience across diverse industries including Consumer Electronics, Healthtech, and Olympic Sponsorship, they have held several leadership positions at agencies such as Ogilvy, where they won a Cannes Lion Pharma Grand Prix for the Philips Breathless Choir campaign. Kate previously advanced from Ski Host to Business Director during their time at Ogilvy and has cultivated a passion for inspiring teams and delivering impactful work throughout their career. They earned a BSc in Business from the University of Bath in 2002.
