Kavya Gaur is a Global Mobility Consultant at Accenture, specializing in managing cross-border employee relocations and international assignment cost estimates since April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of US Immigration & Mobility at ITMC Systems, Inc., overseeing a range of functions from immigration filings to employee assistance with labor certifications.
