Kumar Gaurav

Kumar Gaurav is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards management and human resources. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Manager at Accenture since January 2019, Kumar specializes in the planning and execution of promotions, annual increments, and incentive programs. Prior to this role, Kumar held a similar position at GENPACT from January 2016 to December 2018.
