Kyle Thompson is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Data and AI practice, specializing in end-to-end AI solutions across various industries. With over 13 years of experience, they excel in leading international teams focused on customer experience and data analytics, particularly in the realm of generative AI. Previously, Kyle held roles at Sunoco and CIGNA Group Insurance, and served as Systems Integration Analyst at Accenture. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Drexel University. Currently, Kyle acts as the Generative AI Technology Lead for Public Service in North America and the Generative AI GTM Lead for the Northeast.
