Lara A. is an experienced HR Transformation Consultant at Accenture since July 2020, specializing in talent and organization strategies. In addition to this role, Lara serves as the Quebec Mental Health ERG Lead, managing mental health initiatives and collaborating with various internal employee resource groups.
