Leah Langheim

Leah Langheim is the CHRO and Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Accenture, bringing over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and more than 22 years in leadership roles. They have held various positions at Accenture, including Chief Talent Officer for Global Industry X, HR Director for multiple regions, and Senior HR Business Partner Lead. Previously, Leah worked as a Human Resource Generalist at both Accenture and DHL. Additionally, they served as a University Teacher at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg from 2002 to 2022, where they contributed to the field of education in HR. Leah completed their education at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg between 1997 and 2000.
