Leo Chan is a Manager in the Salesforce Business Group at Accenture, where they continue to leverage their expertise in Marketing Cloud and project management. With over 14 years of extensive experience, they have worked with various organizations, including Medtronic as a Digital Communications Manager, enhancing email marketing processes and leading digital campaigns. Leo holds 17 Salesforce certifications and has trained numerous teams in the effective use of Salesforce solutions. Currently, they are pursuing a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics at the University of Auckland.
