Leonardo Ogihara is currently a Protective Services Employee Assistance Officer and Behavioral Threat Senior Manager for Accenture, leading efforts across the Americas. They have a strong background in corporate security, having previously served as a Corporate Security Senior Manager for Latin America, where they oversaw security operations for 40,000 employees across multiple countries. Leonardo has extensive management experience, including handling crisis management, asset protection, and emergency preparedness. They also volunteer as a firefighter and serve on various committees, contributing to community safety and threat assessment.
