Lexi Baylis

Lexi Baylis is a Management Consulting Manager at Accenture, where they leverage their expertise in leadership, problem-solving, and client success. They hold certifications in Agile, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Data Analytics, and graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, where they were also a full scholarship athlete on the Varsity Women’s Tennis Team. Lexi's proudest achievement includes being voted team captain for three consecutive years during their collegiate tennis career. Prior to their current role, Lexi gained diverse experience through internships at companies such as Mars, GE Healthcare, and M-15 Family Medical Center.
