Lisa Riether

Lisa Riether is an Associate Director in Learning & Leadership Development with twenty years of experience across various domains. They possess expertise in learning design, leadership development, project management, and immersive learning technologies. Previously, Lisa served as Training Director at the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, where they led training programs for multiple YMCAs and achieved high satisfaction ratings. Lisa has also held roles at Accenture and is currently transitioning to a Director position at Avanade, focusing on learning portfolio leadership. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from Penn State University and completed a Child Life Internship Program at Johns Hopkins University.
