Lloyd Imperial

Lloyd Imperial is currently the Associate Director at Accenture Inc., where they oversee the day-to-day operations of the service desk and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Previously, they served as a Senior Manager at Accenture and held positions as Operations Manager at Atos and Senior Operations Manager at HCL Technologies. Lloyd began their career as a real-time analyst at eTelecare Global Solutions and has also worked as a Process Analyst at Siemens IT Solutions and Services. They hold dual degrees in AB Psychology and BS Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
