Lucy Gamble

Lucy Gamble has a diverse professional background with experience in roles such as Serve Legal Auditor at Serve Legal and Senior Bar Staff at Exeter City Football Club. Additionally, Lucy worked as a Contact Tracer during the pandemic, developing strong telephone customer service skills, and later served as Bar Staff at Wimbledon. Currently, Lucy is employed as a PPSM Analyst at Accenture and previously held an HR and People Operations Intern position at Compass Group, where collaboration and attention to detail were essential in a high-pressure environment. Lucy holds a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the same institution, backed by a strong academic record from Lady Margaret School.
