Lucy Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data-driven strategy and analytics within the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Accenture since November 2016, Lucy leads the Target Agent Experience Design initiative for a global insurer, focusing on behavioral science to optimize lead generation and customer relationship management across multiple markets.
