Marcus Umbach

Marcus Umbach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience operations and digital marketing. They began their career as a Programmer at Eureka Software Factory and progressed through various roles, including Consultant at Early Cloud & Company and Systems Analyst at the European Patent Office. After serving as an Executive IT Architect at IBM for nearly two decades, Marcus held leadership positions at Accenture, culminating in their current role as Principal Director of Customer Experience Operations. They earned a Master’s degree from Technische Universität Berlin in 1990.
