Mark Heaps is an accomplished Associate Director at Accenture, specializing in cloud transformation and migration, with over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, data engineering, and analytics. Their career includes pivotal roles at various organizations, such as serving as the Manager of Information Systems at Challenger School, where they established a highly effective IT department, and leading the IT business unit at VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, successfully transforming its operations. Currently, as the North America Lead for Migration Data & Analytics at Accenture, Mark focuses on optimizing cloud migration processes through data analysis and strategic decision-making. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and an MBA with a specialty in Information Technology from the University of Utah, and they recently completed a post-graduate program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin.
