Markus Braendle

Markus Braendle is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience in building and leading security organizations, and developing cyber security strategies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Accenture, they previously held senior positions including Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Product Security Officer at CARIAD, and Group Head of Cyber Security at ABB. Markus has been an Advisory Board Member for the Control System Cyber Security Association International, contributing to the growth of peer-to-peer networking in cyber security. They hold a doctorate in Computer Science from ETH Zürich.
