Maureen Kanter has a diverse professional background in customer care, management consulting, and leadership roles. Beginning as a Customer Care Agent at 2dehands from September 2013 to October 2015, Maureen was responsible for addressing customer inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction. Maureen later led the customer service team at srprs.me, establishing processes to exceed customer expectations during the company's early stages. With experience as a Management Trainee at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Nederland and roles at Accenture as a Management Consulting Analyst and currently as a Manager, Maureen has developed expertise in management and strategic consulting. Maureen also served as Secretary of the executive board at ACLO, overseeing operations for a large student sports facility. Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
