Maxime Monceret is a Strategy & Transformation Project Director with expertise in leading optimization initiatives across various sectors, including luxury goods, retail, and consumer goods. Maxime's experience includes roles as a Managing Consultant at EFESO, where they supported clients in enhancing performance through transformation journeys, and currently as a Manager in Strategy & Operations at Accenture. Previously, Maxime has held positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Danone, focusing on waste flow optimization and supply chain project management. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble Institute of Science & Technology and has completed a Business Strategy and Management course at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
