Minal Joshi

Minal Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Managing Director in both Cloud First and Financial Services Technology at Accenture since December 2015. Prior to this, Minal held the position of Director - Projects at Cognizant Technology Solutions from July 2014 to November 2015 and served as Delivery Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd from January 2001 to July 2014, where responsibility included overseeing the delivery and growth of various programs and projects. Earlier roles include Consultant at Kanbay, where project design and delivery were managed from offshore, and Engineer at Tata Honeywell Ltd, focusing on system architecture design. Minal began the career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at HEG Ltd, gaining foundational experience in power plant operations. Minal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, completed in 1996.
