Prior to this role, Mirjam spent 11 years at Microsoft, where they held various positions including Director of Sales Force Excellence & Digital Transformation in EMEA, driving innovation and digital transformation across multiple industries. Mirjam also contributed to the strategic development of Microsoft's health strategy for the Swiss market and led initiatives in emerging industries and government. With a Master of Science in International Business from IMC Fachhochschule Krems, Mirjam is further enhancing their skills through the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
