Mitzi Kim

Mitzi Kim is the Chief Operating Officer for Accenture in Australia and New Zealand, where they focus on a bold growth agenda and executing the company’s strategic goals. They have been with Accenture since 1996, becoming a managing director a decade later, and possess extensive experience in consulting across various industries, including communications, financial services, and government. Mitzi is dedicated to enhancing business operations and developing leadership while also championing women's leadership roles. They hold a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and are currently enrolled in a Global Leadership CEO Post Graduate Course at Seoul National University.
