Mohammad Bondan

Mohammad Bondan is the Country Total Rewards Lead at Accenture, where they currently oversee compensation and benefits initiatives. Previously, Mohammad held various HR roles, including Local HR Country Compensation and Benefit at Kohler Co. and Senior Regional HR Advisor & Payroll Benefit at Tetra Pak, where they supported HR policies and payroll processes across multiple regions. Mohammad began their career with internships and recruitment roles at Pfizer, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, and SGS, building a solid foundation in talent acquisition and human resources. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Indonesia in 2013.
