Moonmoon Das is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity recruiting across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Ventures and Acquisition HR Service Delivery Lead at Accenture since 2010, Moonmoon is a key member of the Senior Leadership team responsible for scaling and managing the global operating model for V&A Service Delivery. Previous roles at Accenture include leading Global Recruiting Technology Transformation Projects and strategizing for Inclusion and Diversity Recruiting in Canada. Earlier career experiences include positions at Mindcrest, Cognizant, NVIDIA, and KPIT, focusing on comprehensive recruiting strategies and talent management in various industries. Moonmoon holds a post-graduate diploma in Industrial and Labour Laws from Symbiosis Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gauhati University, complemented by an HR certification from Cornell University.
